Please contact our Customer Service Department for up to 14 days after you receive your order to receive instructions and you will be issued a full refund to your credit card for the item in question (less any shipping charges) once the product has been received.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges in all cases except where LeCosmetique.com has made an error in your order and shipped you the incorrect item, or where non-carrier related damage is reported.

Please note that it may take your financial institution up to 10 business days to process any refund amount and credit your account. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Damaged Item(s)

Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery.

LeCosmetique.com cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 5 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.

LeCosmetique.com will refund your shipping charges for items that were damaged in transit.
